Provincial Coordinator (3) (Philippines)


Job Description

The Provincial Coordinator will supervise the overall implementation of the Padayon SLP Graduation Project in the targeted barangays of his/her assigned province. S/he will ensure that the directives are delivered at the provincial level. S/he will supervise the Padayon SLP Program Development Officers (SLP PDOs) and will support all day-to-day activities and administrative aspects of the project under the supervision of the Field Manager in the province.

Padayon SLP Program Development Officers (20) (Philippines)


Job Description

The Padayon SLP Program Development Officers (SLP PDO) will be locally based frontline staff who deliver the various components of the Graduation Approach to the project participants following the proper sequence. This includes conducting the targeting verification survey, conduct social preparation and facilitate any capacity building activities, livelihood matching and delivery of assets to participants, regular home and enterprise visits for coaching, mentorship, training, and monitoring of household progress. SLP PDO will be recruited and trained by DSWD and BRAC UPGI and will report to the Provincial Coordinator.
